2025 Fall Lung Qigong enhanced with Spleen/Stomach Qigong

According to Chinese Five Elements and Medicine, Fall is is the season that we should strengthen the Lung functions. There is also a period called "Long Summer", which is the late summer into the early fall. It is a critical period and the focus is stomach and spleen.


I have designed a brand new 8-week curriculum and we will learn how to strengthen our stomach, spleen and lung through gentle Qigong exercise. (#TaiChi, #Taiji, #Qigong, #SelfMassage, #VioletLi, #LasVegas, #Meditation)


Bonus:

  • You can come to the classes twice a week on either Fridays or Saturdays or both days. This is great for someone who enjoy exercises.

  • Private access to the recorded sessions for continuous learning.

Various Qigong exercises focusing the health of stomach, spleen, and lungs.

Time:

Fridays: 10 - 11 am Central Time

Saturdays: 10 - 11 am Central Time


Dates: weeks of  08/11/25 - 10/20/25 (Fridays: 8/15, 8/22, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17 and 10/24; Saturdays: 8/16, 8/23, 9/20, 9/27, 10/04, 10/11, 10/18, and 10.25)


Location: Zoom Class or in person if you live in Las Vegas
