2025 Spring Liver Qigong enhanced with Snake Qigong

Weeks of 03/17/25 - 05/12/25

Spring is the season that we should strengthen the Liver functions. Based on Chinese medicine and Qigong theory, liver is in charge of making blood and detoxification and helps digestion. According to Chinese Zodiac, this year is Wood Snake. Snake is the symbol of vitality and shedding. Snake Qigong is well practiced in China for both mental and physical health. This program will also increase the flexibility of muscles, joints, and tendons. An 8-week online 60-minute small group classes for in-depth instruction on various Qigong exercises focusing the liver health. Bonus:

  • You can come to the classes twice a week on either Fridays or Saturdays. This is great for someone who enjoy exercises.

Various Qigong exercises focusing the Liver health for Spring and detoxification. No experience is required.

Saturdays: 10 - 11 am Central Time
